Via the contact form we process your first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, message content and any other details you voluntarily provide.
Technical data may include IP address and basic device information related to website operation and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).

Contact form data is retained while we handle your request and then for as long as needed to protect legal claims, typically no longer than 3 years unless a longer period is required by law.

Data may be processed by service providers we use to run the website (Cloudflare hosting, e-mail delivery via Web3Forms, Turnstile verification). These processors act only on our instructions and in line with the GDPR.
